Bobby is a hands-on Personal Trainer with over 30 years' experience in the fitness industry, trained with Premier Training Academy. He holds qualifications including FTA Level 1 & 2, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Physiotherapy, Level 4 Advanced Diet & Nutrition Advisor, Deep Tissue & Sports Massage, and an Award in Education & Training (QCF). Specialising in core strength, mobility, and functional conditioning, Bobby teaches Spin, Aerobics, Body Combat, Chair & Mat Pilates, HIIT and more-delivering motivating, educational, and results-focused training.

Thora has over 30 years of experience teaching a wide variety of fitness classes. She holds a degree in Physical Education and Wellbeing from the University of Iceland. Throughout her career, Thora has been dedicated to promoting health and wellness, offering courses and delivering speeches on wellbeing, mindfulness, and meditation. In the past three years, she has specialized in Mat Pilates, after completing her certification at the prestigious Kane Pilates School in New York. Thora’s passion for movement and holistic health continues to inspire and empower her students.

Lucy is a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer with a comprehensive skill set in a variety of fitness disciplines. With a focus on helping clients achieve their fitness goals, she specialises in Spinning, High Intensity Training (HIIT), Body Tone, Boxercise, and more. She initially worked as an Assistant Manager in Edinburgh before becoming a General Manager at Fitness First in Inverness. Alongside my managerial roles, she taught Exercise to Music at the local college, specializing in HNC/D Fitness courses. hold multiple qualifications, including ETM, Kettlebells, Step, Les Mills Pump, Aerobics (Les Mills), Spin, Suspension Training, and certifications with Beachbody (P90X, PiYo, Core de Force, and Insanity).
